5. Digest Emails
If you have enabled digest emails, we will send you automated notifications about permit activity matching your account settings. You may adjust your digest preferences in your account settings at any time. You may also unsubscribe from digest emails without closing your account, though this will reduce the Service's core value.
Transactional emails (account creation, billing notices, renewal reminders) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

7. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for up to 12 months for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.
Log and usage data may be retained in aggregate, anonymized form indefinitely.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service may display links to government jurisdiction portals or other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
